Peoplecare & Permaculture Course
Thursday 21st Jan to Tuesday 26th Jan 2010
An opportunity to nurture ourselves and explore ways to use permaculture to improve our lives, relationships, work and community.
We will be co-creating a warm, nurturing heartspace to explore the personal and social aspects of permaculture. This will be a group journey into
how we can use permaculture principles and design methods to create harmony with ourselves, other people and the planet. We will look at the
transferable Earthcare skills and the edges between permaculture and other peoplecare approaches to improve our own personal peoplecare skills.

Training of Permaculture Teachers Course

The world is waking up to climate change and other effects of unsustainable growth. We know permaculture has answers, so if you’ve ever wanted to
inspire others but haven’t had the confidence this course is for you. This course is suitable for all abilities: both apprentice & experienced
teachers & also for those who have just completed their Permaculture Design course (PDC).

Yoga Retreat

Music for a Summer's Evening

Hear well-loved music from around the world performed by members of the orchestra and choir of Furness Music Centre in Cumbria.
This concert is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a pot-pouri of summer music in a relaxed setting, including choral and instrumental gems by

UK Authors Writers Holiday

This annual writers' holiday organised by UKAuthors.com offers the chance to write without hassle or interference, within an understanding and
supportive peer group. Fellow writers will offer feedback and encouragement as required and you will have time to do more than scratch the
surface of the project you're working on. There is usually plenty of evening discussion and besides writing there will be sightseeing, walking,
cycling, swimming - whatever you choose to do, alone or as a group. At the end, a chapbook is usually produced which is available both in a
printed format and as a free download.

Breathworks Meditation Retreat

A week long intensive meditation retreat, open to anyone who is either currently participating in the Professional Living Well training programme,
